Money Pay

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-16

1. Information we collect

Money Pay may collect account information such as your name, email address and phone number, plus KYC information and documents that you voluntarily submit for identity and account verification. We may also record wallet transactions, loan activity, security events and notification history needed to operate the service.

2. How information is used

Information is used to create and maintain your account, verify identity, process wallet and loan transactions, send security and transaction notifications, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain records, and provide customer support.

3. KYC and uploaded documents

KYC images, signatures and identification documents are sensitive account data. Access should be restricted to authorized personnel and the files should be stored with appropriate server permissions. Replaced or deleted KYC files are intended to be removed by the application, subject to normal backups and server retention.

4. Email and OTP security

We may send one-time passwords and security notifications to your registered email address. Never share an OTP or password with another person. Money Pay staff should not ask you to disclose a one-time password.

5. Data sharing

Personal information should not be sold. It may be disclosed when necessary to operate the service, comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, protect users, or investigate suspected fraud or security incidents.

6. Data retention and deletion

Records may be retained for as long as necessary for account operation, legal, financial, security, dispute and compliance requirements. Account deletion does not necessarily erase information that must legally be retained.

7. Security

The application uses measures such as password hashing, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, OTP verification and transaction locking. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their devices, passwords and email accounts.

8. Cookies and sessions

Money Pay uses browser sessions for authentication, security tokens and multi-step workflows. These are necessary for core functionality.

9. Policy changes

This policy may be updated when the system, legal requirements or security practices change. The latest version published on this page applies to subsequent use of the service.

10. Contact

For privacy, security or account questions, contact the support channel designated by the Money Pay service operator.

This is an application-level policy template. The service operator should have it reviewed and adapted for the actual business, jurisdiction, data-retention rules and applicable financial/privacy regulations before production use.
