Money Pay

Terms & Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-16

1. Account use

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping your login credentials, email account and device secure. You must not use another person's account or attempt to bypass account, KYC or security controls.

2. Wallet transactions

Transfers, deposits, withdrawals and QR-Pay transactions are subject to the status of the relevant account and wallet, available balance, applicable fees, verification requirements and system rules displayed at the time of the transaction.

3. QR-Pay

QR-Pay requests may expire. Before confirming a payment, verify the payee, amount and applicable fee. A completed transaction should be treated as final unless the service operator's formal reversal or dispute process applies.

4. Loans

Loan applications are requests and are not promises of approval. Approval, interest, fees, repayment schedule, penalties and disbursement are determined according to the selected product and the service operator's review and policies.

5. KYC and account restrictions

The service may request identity information and supporting documents. Accounts may remain pending, be blocked, closed or otherwise restricted when verification, expiry, security, fraud-prevention or compliance requirements are not satisfied.

6. Prohibited activity

Do not use Money Pay for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access, money laundering, sanctions evasion, abuse of the platform, or transactions prohibited by applicable law or the service operator's policies.

7. Security notifications

You agree that transaction, OTP, password and account-status notifications may be sent to your registered email address and displayed inside the account.

8. Availability

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network failures, third-party providers, security incidents or events outside the operator's reasonable control.

9. Disputes

Report suspected unauthorized transactions or account compromise promptly through the operator's support channel. Keep transaction references and relevant records when requesting assistance.

10. Changes

The operator may update these terms and policies. Continued use after an updated version becomes available constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This is a general software template, not legal advice. The service operator should replace it with legally reviewed terms appropriate to the business and jurisdiction before launch.
